DECEMBER 7: Kombucha, Orange & Mulled Wine flavoured and so good⁣

For better or worse the Christmas season is often seen as a time to over eat and over drink 😳

To prepare for this annual gastronomic onslaught I recommend drinking some good gut Kombucha.

Fermented green or black tea fed with sugar, this slightly fizzy drink will boost your immune system while strengthening the good microbes in your gut.⁣
