ASEAN nations get travel TV

The Asean nations have launched the region’s first travel-focused travel television channel, Goasean. The station comes with a brief to see the region as a single ‘tourism’ destination and will be broadcast over multiple channels.

Countries belonging to this group are Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Brunei Darussalam, Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar and Cambodia.

Goasean will broadcast plenty of food programmes, and is currently auditioning for presenters. www.goasean.com
